INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We use DHL for international shipping. International orders are not available online at the moment. Please contact the store for a shipping estimate and to place your order: 802.253.6077.
ONLINE RETURN POLICIES
Please read the below Return Policies and Return Process carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with Well Heeled, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies. The policies outlined below are for Well Heeled online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Well Heeled in-store policies (review below).
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS* will be issued for FULL-PRICE ITEMS only and will be subject to a deduction of 3% for credit card fees. While we don’t charge these fees on the sale, if there is a return we are no longer refunded our fees by the credit card companies as was customary. So we have chosen to deduct those fees from any refunds. We will also deduct any shipping expenses if you had received free shipping on your items. If you choose a store credit over a refund - you will receive the full amount of your original purchase in store credit.
Please call or email 802-253-6077 / info@wellheeledstowe.com to let us know of your intent to return or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date unless you have spoken directly to us.
All items DISCOUNTED up to 20% may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
All items DISCOUNTED at 20% or more are FINAL SALE.
Fragrances, Candles, Home, Handbags, Jewelry, Yoga Accessories, and Undergarments are FINAL SALE.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, unscented (perfume/lotions) with all original tags and boxes intact.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: all purchases are final sale.
*PLEASE NOTE: Refunds on both in-store and online credit card purchases will now deduct 3% from the total for credit card processing fees (we no longer get refunded that fee by the Credit Card processor as we used to so rather than charging up front for it - we only charge you if you want a refund rather than keeping it at store credit - which is also a choice). If you select store credit then you will get the full amount of store credit. Online sales will deduct both shipping charges (only if you received free shipping upon purchase) and credit card fees on refunds and will apply the full amount to store credit if you choose to do so. IN-STORE RETURN POLICIES
The policies outlined below are for Well Heeled in-store purchases only.

We will also deduct any shipping expenses if you received or used our shipping services to have your items sent home. If you choose a store credit over a refund - you will receive the full amount of your original purchase in store credit.
Notification of intent to returns should be made as soon as possible, and not later than 7 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept any in-store purchase returns after 14 days from the date of purchase and that is only with notification of intent to return within 7 days of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS
While qualified returns do not have to be approved, we would appreciate an email or a phone call to give us the heads up as soon as you realize you are not going to keep your item. You are responsible for non-qualified returns as per above. If you are uncertain, please give us a call.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.
Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived.
We will cover shipping costs for any returns resulting from an error on our part or damaged merchandise.
For all merchandise returns, credits will only be awarded for merchandise that is returned, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Shoes and boots must be in their original boxes.
